These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place online orders. To register on the site and to place orders you must be aged 18 or over and reside in Qatar. By accessing this website and ordering goods from Next online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your consumer rights are not affected.
Prior to placing your order, we will provide you with a summary of your selection. You are responsible for using the tools provided to detect and correct any input errors before clicking the "Place Order" (or equivalent) button. If you identify an error after submission caused by our automated systems, please notify us immediately.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed between you and Next only at the point we dispatch the goods to you. Please note that the acknowledgement email sent upon receipt of your order is a confirmation of receipt, not an acceptance of your offer. The processing of payment does not constitute legal acceptance of the order. Next reserves the right to decline any order for any reason prior to despatch.
Once the contract is formed, it will be electronically filed and retained by Next. You may access, download, or print a copy of your order details and these terms through your account dashboard or via the despatch confirmation email for your records.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use nextdirect.com only with permission of a parent or guardian. Next reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

An electronic copy of each order is held by Next but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in Arabic and English languages.
The offers on our websites are directed exclusively to consumers who make purchases for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity. All orders placed online with us must be for private, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service or to refuse to enter a contract for online purchases with any company or corporate entity. We do not facilitate corporate, commercial, or self-employed transactions online and we do not issue commercial VAT invoices for corporate use. The confirmation email you receive serves as your standard consumer receipt.
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility as the consumer. Please refer to your customs department for guidance. You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.
Our terms of sale to our customers is DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
You agree that the statutory 3-day cancellation/cooling-off period is superseded and replaced by our Returns & Refunds Policy set out below. By placing an order, you accept that this policy governs your rights to cancel your contract and return items.
International orders placed online cannot be returned to a Next Retail Store.
You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns note in your parcel. Once your return is processed, 36 QAR will be deducted from your refund.
All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty.
Please allow up to 14 days for your item(s) to reach our returns centre. Once your item has been received by Next, you will receive your refund within 7-10 days to the original payment method.
Shipping is currently free for all orders over 400 QAR. Orders under 400 QAR will be charged at 25 QAR for shipping per order. Next reserves the right to amend the delivery charge at any time.
If your order contains items from our GCC warehouse and UK warehouse then we will split your delivery in order to get items to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times will be confirmed at checkout based on stock availability and location.
Please allow extra days for delivery during local holidays, UAE holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time.
Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Directory, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
We cannot accept credit cards that are about to expire within the next five days. Card information is checked and verified by a third party, and goods are shipped immediately upon authorisation.
Main Sale & Clearance Events

Delivery of in-stock items can take up to 28 days. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date at the time of order.

Prices
The prices listed are those prevailing at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may be adjusted up or down, including any changes to the VAT rate. If this product is unacceptable for this or any other reason, it may be returned provided it is returned within 28 days and is in new and unused condition. Some products are non-returnable. See the section above for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Riyals (QAR).

Law
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
Mandatory Consumer Protections (Qatar): Notwithstanding this section if you are a consumer residing in the State of Qatar, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of Qatari law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall deprive you of the protection afforded to you by: Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection; and Decree Law No. 16 of 2010 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions. Any clause in these terms that purports to exempt Next from its statutory obligations under the aforementioned laws shall be deemed null and void.
Jurisdiction: You and Next both agree that if you are a resident of Qatar, you may bring proceedings in the competent courts of the State of Qatar.
Regulatory Complaints: Qatari consumers have the right to refer any disputes regarding consumer protection breaches or non-compliance to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) – Consumer Protection Department.
